Pastor Smith - A native of Houston, Texas, who is a graduate of Mac Arthur High School with continued education at the College of Biblical Studies and The Southern Reformed College & Seminary. Pastor Smith has been married for over 35 years to his wife Linda and has 3 beautiful daughters. Pastor Smith’s passion is to use his extraordinary gift of serving by assessing the immediate needs of his community. He currently serves as Pastor of New Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, for more than 29 years. 

In addition, Pastor Smith is a huge supporter and advocate for the Eastex-Jensen Community in which he serves as the president of the Houston Northeast CDC. Pastor David L. Smith has developed people for homeownership, financial stability, computer literacy, parenting, family enrichment, and health assessments. A great believer in community involvement, Pastor Smith is and has been very active in numerous associations including:
